FireBait

The 1st version

The 2nd Version with more fluffy material

Materials List:

Racoon Zonker
Deer Creek Gator eye
Diamond hard UV resin
Saltwater hook - for saltwater or B10S for freshwater
Orange or Red Badger hackle


Step by step pictures tying instruction:

Prepare the thread base

Tie in a pair of hackle

Tie in some Racoon Zonker fibers in Orange on top and Tan below

Tie in some black Racoon Zonker fibers at the middle

Repeat the above steps

Put on a pair of eye and secure it with a tacky free Diamond Hard UV resin

Jiggling Damsel Nymph

Jiggling Damsel Nymph

Material List :

Hook - TMC 60 degrees vertical hook size 10
Marabou - olive
Deer Creek Micro Velvet Rope - light olive
Mono Eye
Rubber legs
Diamond hard resin
Marker
Dubbing - Damsel olive


Step by step tying instruction:

Tie in the Velvet rope on a fine needle

Tie in the marabou

Tie down the velvet rope and the marabou, whip finished

Continue tie down the velvet rope and marabou and whip finished at every section. The tail section ready.

Prepare the Jig hook and tie in the mono eye

Put in a bead as weight... you may add lead wire if you wish

Tie in the tail section

Put in some dubbing

Tie in the 1st pair rubber leg and extend the rubber leg as the antenna

 Tie in the second pair rubber legs and dub with dubbing to split the legs

Tie in the velvet rope as thorax

Bring the velvet rope over and tie down

Bring the velvet rope over and tie down

 Tie down the velvet rope and bring it over to the bottom

Tie down the velvet rope and bring it over to the bottom

 Color the thorax with marker

Drop some Diamond Hard resin to secure the thorax section

Trim the rubber legs and mark it with marker... color the eye...

the Jiggling Damsel Nymph are ready

Hollow Tandem Wiggling Minnow




Material List: 

Deer Creek Glist and Glint and Baitfish Fibers
Salt Water hook size 4/0 and 2/0
Hard wire spine 108lbs
Deer Creek Gator Eyez
Mylar tube - small
Deer Creel Diamond flex
Flexi Cord - Large

Step by step picture tying instruction:

Prepare the thread base.. tie in the GnG

Put in the 1st section of hard wire spine

Insert the Mylar tube

Tie in the GnG just next to the eye of the spine

Fold the fibers back and wide down... tie down, apply small amount of Diamond Flex to fixed the shape

 Put in the 2nd spine section

 In sert the Mylar tube

 Tie in the GnG fiber... the quantity of the fibers have to be 50% more than the 1st section

 Tie down the fibers

 Repeat as earlier step, fold back ... wind down and tie down the shape it

 Put in the connection spine

 Tie in the GnG fibers ... at least 50% more than the 2nd section

 Insert the large flexi cord 

 Fold the Flexi cord over 

 Tie in the Baitfish Fibers

 Trim the fibers

 Fold the fiber over and wind down

Put up a pair of Gator Eyez, then coat the head with some Diamond Flex UV resin

By playing with different color... you can easily create different minnow or baitfish pattern.
